Ramyeon ( 라면 ) or Ramen or Noodles ! Who don’t like Ramyeon or Noodle ? Ramyeon is always being alternative food to fulfill our carbohydrate. There are many types of Ramyeon, which is long-thin, long-thick, long-wide, etc. Usually we add an egg into the ramyeon. But I made something different on my Ramyeon. I named my Ramyeon as DAEBAK RAMYEON ( 대박 라면 ). Daebak in Korea means GREAT. How to make it ? Follow this simple recipe!

DAEBAK RAMYEON ( 대박 라면 )

INGREDIENTS :

1. A pack of Nongshim Haemul Ramyeon ( Nongshim Seafood Flavour )

2. Green onion ( add by your taste )
3. Slices chili / cayenne pepper
4. Slices carrot
5. 1 egg
6. Seafood meatballs
7. Seafood ( prawn, squid, etc. )
8. Slices onion and garlic

HOW TO MAKE IT ?

1. Boil the noodle and the additional ingredients ( which is pack on the noodle package ).
2. Put slices carrot, seafood meatballs, sea food, slices chili, and green onion in the boiled noodle.
3. Cook it until it’s done and the seafood colours are changing.
4. While waiting for the noodle and the other ingredients, sauté slices onion and slices garlic until it makes a good aroma.
5. If the noodle is done, mix it with the sauté onion and garlic and the instant spice powder ( from the noodles package ).
6. For the egg, you can boil it or fried it.
7. Serve the noodle with the boil / fried egg.
It’s easy right, Froster ? Try to make it at home and just feel the taste of DAEBAK RAMYEON.
